Fusarium Wilt

Yellowing and wilting starting from lower leaves. Brown discolouration in the stem's vascular tissue when cut. Stunted growth, plant death. Soil-borne pathogen that persists for years.

No effective chemical cure. Remove and destroy affected plants. Do not replant susceptible crops in the same soil for several years. Improve drainage. Use Trichoderma-based biological treatments.
